A weightless immersion where sound travels through water to reach the most guarded layers of the body. Held by warmth, carried by frequency — this is rest as you have never known it.

Resting on a floating mat, suspended between water and sky, you are bathed in frequencies from crystal bowls, gongs, and underwater transducers. Because sound moves four to five times faster through water than through air, every tone reaches you not as something heard, but as something felt — cell by cell.

The water holds what you usually have to. Muscles that never fully rest on land are finally permitted to release, and the nervous system follows them down into a profound, womb-like stillness.

From Surface to Stillness

Arrival & Intention

A brief consultation to attune the session to your energetic and physical needs, followed by a slow descent into the warm water.

Surrender to the Surface

Supported by a floating mat, your body learns it no longer needs to hold itself. Breath lengthens; the descent begins.

The Sonic Descent

Bowls, gongs, and underwater frequencies guide the brain from analytical Beta into meditative Alpha and Theta states.

A gentle return to land, with quiet time to let the resonance settle before you re-enter the world — lighter than you arrived.

The Setting

A private outdoor pool kept at a perfect 72 degrees, scented with notes of sandalwood and cedarwood.

No Swimming Required

You remain fully supported on a floating mat throughout. Comfort in water is helpful; ability to swim is not necessary.

What to Bring

Swimwear you can rest in, a change of clothes, and nothing else — towels and quiet are provided.
